  1. the parents of tribal people should help the NGO so that they can be able to participate in the new activities taken by the government and come across new activities. They can also teach their children by participating in the new activites and put forward their childrens to take part in new activites.

  2. I feel that school in tribal area can take night and weekend basic learning classes for family member of students and so that such family members can use what they have learned in their life as they face problems of reading and writing in their daily chores. it will also bridge the gap between such tribal and main stream people through communication in writing such as letter writing or dialing phone number.

  3. The parents of tribal students should be educated through group activities, sports,
games, social work. Street plays should be organized to Create awareness about their rights and make them believe they can become self-reliant. Special classes should be conducted in the evening to teach them basic maths and language.

  4. As we very well know that learners of non formal education differs from the learners of formal education.Formal class lectures will not work effectively for them,so group discussions and demonstration method will be most effective for the tribal parents.Oral explanation of a particular topic is must because they i.e. the tribal people mostly cannot read and write. The teaching should be in their regional language so that they can understand what is being taught in a better way.The tribal people can also be educated with the help of media such as television and radio.

  5. The parents of the tribal children should also be participating in the academic activities which their children s are participating in their school.
the school of such tribal area should also have some education and learning activities like writing reading understanding simple things related to their child's growth and development.this will also help in the overall development of the child and also the adults of the family.
hopefully someday soon there would be a great change in the development of such backward people and their life style.
