To educate the parents of tribal students special committees must be set up by the government to educate them. They should help them in their own language and to educate them.

Girls should be treated equally with boys to remove disparities. It will help to bring equality in educational opportunities.More female teachers should be recruited as role models.Parents should be made aware about Free and Compulsory education that is for every child between the ages 6-14 years, so that it helps to minimize dropouts of female students and reserved categories.

  8. each and everyone should be treated equally every one should get equal opportunity so that even the backward class people who are good in studying can also get same opportunity. Girl child should be made to study as in many rural parts of the country they are not allowed to get education. As it say that if a girl is educated the whole family is educated.
